How "footgeting" helps

One common trait of kids and adults with ADHD is the need to move, the urge to fiddle with things , to be a pen-clicker, hair curler, leg bouncer...

Science finds that instead of fighting those needs, having an outlet for the excessive energy helps with focus and attention.

There are dozens more scientific studies available about the effects of physical activity on behavior, cognitive abilities and overall well being on children and adults with ADHD and similar disorders. The overwhelming consent is that any form of physical activity improves on the issues and should be implemented as much as possible.
